Get a great galactic wrap at Ronto Roasters

The Solo Scale:

What’s one of the best quick service meals in Hollywood Studios that’s unique, not going to break the bank, and has decent theming? There’s not many, but luckily, Ronto Roasters in Galaxy’s Edge can come to the rescue.

Located right in the heart of the shopping area of Galaxy’s Edge, you won’t miss the restaurant. Right in the middle is a droid using a ship’s engine to roast the “Ronto Meat”. In our world, that just means pork (though there is a vegetarian option). You’ll quickly notice that this is a pretty loud effect. If you want a peaceful lunch, you may want to find some seating that’s further away.

Seating is a bit of an issue in itself. There’s very limited seating here and it can be hard to find a place to sit. This may be where you have to ask someone if they’re willing to share or do a couple of laps. Unfortunately, given that one of Hollywood Studios’ worst sins is the lack of seating space, it’s hard to even take your items on the go to find somewhere else to sit. You could eat this as you walk if you don’t need a break. If you do, it can get a little messy with some of the fillings.

In terms of what you can order, Ronto Roasters is open for breakfast and lunch. At Breakfast, the wraps change slightly to offer more breakfast acceptable options that add egg and cheese into the wraps. There’s also an overnight oats option if you don’t want the equivalent of a breakfast hot dog with all the fixings. Come lunch, the menu switches over to the well-known Ronto Wrap (seen below). There’s a couple of plant-based options available too, so if that’s a concern for your party, this is still a great choice for lunch!

If your heart is set on Ronto’s, though, keep in mind that it isn’t open all day. In fact, you might be surprised that most park days, it’s closed by three.

In general, I liked this as a good quick lunch spot. It’s filling with some vegetables, so it feels a little heartier than other offerings in the park. It puts you right in Galaxy Edge and has a fun concept to watch the droid turn the spit. Docking Bay 7 is also nearby in case you want to try something with a little more of a substantial menu.
